The exhibition entitled: "You don't take money to your grave"
The deep cellar of Pardubice Castle invites both adult and child visitors on a journey into the world of money, treasures and wonderful stories. In the new numismatic exhibition, you will learn how Prince St. Wenceslas made his mark in the history of Czech coins and why we no longer pay in gold. Together with the Czech silver thaler, visitors will go on a long journey across the Atlantic and get a glimpse into the secrets of the medal-making art. The more skilled ones will try minting their own coin based on the thousand-year-old Czech denarius of Prince Boleslav II.
